Mandarin Oriental Hotels Win Conde Nast Traveler Readers Choice Awards
Five of the Group's properties ranked among the Top 50 hotels globally, including: Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok (pictured above); Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, Mandarin Oriental, Prague; Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi, Chiang Mai and Mandarin Oriental, Boston.

Notably, Mandarin Oriental, Prague was named the #1 Best Hotel in Northern Europe, with Mandarin Oriental hotels in Munich and Geneva also awarded in the category. The legendary Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok was awarded as the #2 Best Hotel in all of Asia, with sister properties in Hong Kong, Chiang Mai, Singapore and Tokyo also recognized among the top 125 hotels in Asia.

Mandarin Oriental, Boston ranked #4 on the list of the 200 Best Hotels in the United States, with the Group's properties in New York, Miami and San Francisco also scoring top placements. Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas, which opened at the end of 2009, garnered its first spot on the Readers' Choice Awards survey this year.

The Readers' Choice Awards results were gathered from a survey made available to Condé Nast Traveler subscribers. Over 28,000 survey responses were tabulated to determine the winners of the 2011 Readers' Choice Awards, one of the highest honors in the travel industry. Respondents were asked to rate hotels on rooms, service, food/dining, location and overall design.
