The First Lady of Malaysia was present and raised a toast to the 10 year old. Also in attendance was a who's who of Russian New Yorkers, including: Jacob the Jeweler, Russian oligarch Igor Krutoy (who in 2011 purchased a $48 million condo at the Plaza which at the time was the highest price for a single unit), U.N. Ambassadors, uber-Russian lawyer, Edward Mermelstein, as well as a slew of others.
