In order to set itself apart from the rest, the newest super luxury rental in New York City, The Alyn, officially launched its partnership with fitness design and health hospitality company HOMAGE. The HOMAGE-designed fitness facility will be the first of its kind in Manhattan’s residential real estate scene, which also marks the first time tenants will have access to the same training as Hollywood’s top celebrities.
Eric and Ryan Johnson, the brother duo and co-founders of HOMAGE, have been in the fitness industry for over ten years and have trained a number of celebrities and notables including Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Olivia Cooke, Ben Platt, among many others. The Alyn’s fitness center is HOMAGE’s debut project in Manhattan.

With the wellness real estate market on the rise, the gym inside The Alyn provides residents with a health and fitness experience unlike any other.
Intentional with their design, HOMAGE created a multi-level fitness center to maximize the flow and capacity of workouts. The gym will also offer fitness classes taught by the Eric, Ryan and the HOMAGE team, accessible exclusively and complimentary to The Alyn’s residents. Personal training at the gym will be offered at a preferred rate. In addition, The Alyn will boast a wellness center with a treatment room and outdoor relaxation space.

The difference here is that residents can use the gym and take our classes without ever leaving the comfort of their building.”
Developed by Gordon Property Group and designed by the award-winning firm Ismael Leyva Architects, The Alyn is a 21-story glass rental residence located on the Upper East Side of New York. The building is the pinnacle of exclusivity and privacy, offering only 56 units ranging in size from one to five bedrooms. Along with the multi-story wellness facility, the building features other amenities, including a 24-hour doorman, luxury concierge service by LIVunLtd., a 2,600-square-foot outdoor terrace, a 2,500-square-foot indoor/outdoor children’s playroom designed by Silver Hill Atelier and direct garage access from the lobby.
