The Martinhal Residences, nearing completion in Lisbon’s dynamic Park of Nations, has unveiled the first look at stunning new amenities designed to bring hotel-style living to residents and guests alike. Martinhal Residences benefit from still being eligible for the Golden Visa as it is classified as “touristic” and not “local accommodation”. Residence owners will also achieve VIP status at Martinhal Hotels & Resorts and receive preferential pricing to stay at any location within the group’s portfolio (subject to T&Cs).
