The Martinhal Residences, nearing completion in Lisbon’s dynamic Park of Nations, has unveiled the first look at stunning new amenities designed to bring hotel-style living to residents and guests alike. Martinhal, known for its award-winning luxury family residential resorts in Portugal and recognised by Savills as one of the top three branded residence brands in Europe, has used its successful formula in creating the Martinhal Residences set to complete this autumn.
Key to the success of the project, which is already 80% sold off-plan, is a host of amenities and hotel-style services including Lisbon's first family club, The Martinhal Circle, with indoor and outdoor heated pools, a gym and kids' club. The concept of the Martinhal Circle envisages a place where families, both residents, and their non-resident guests, can socialize while taking advantage of fitness classes, an events space, a bar, and a restaurant. There are further amenities to come such as a rooftop bar, spa, and wellness facilities which will sit alongside concierge and reception services, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and technical support.
“The indoor and outdoor pools, impressive lobby and lounge, and light-filled restaurant and bar that have just been unveiled are incredible additions to an already spectacular project. The Martinhal Residences are raising the bar when it comes to family-friendly urban living in the vibrant heart of Lisbon, with the added bonus of services and amenities usually associated with high-end resort living," said newly appointed Resident Manager of Martinhal Residences, Seema Lodi.
“We are confident the level of service and fantastic facilities will impress those already loyal to Martinhal while at the same time creating new converts to the brand when we open our doors in the autumn,” Seema said.
Designed by Portuguese architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes with multi-generational living in mind, the high-specification residences feature spacious living areas with tree-adorned balconies creating a dramatic counterpoint with modernity and biophilic design. Unmatched views open out across the expanse of the Tagus River at its widest point and the iconic architecture of the 12km-long Vasco da Gama bridge.
With a fantastic location in the Park of Nations, beautifully designed accommodations, and the promise of the signature seamless service of the Martinhal brand, it is not surprising so many of the Residences are already sold. However, there is still a handful of properties available including the luxurious seven-bedroom penthouse for the ultimate in multigenerational living and incredible views of the river Tagus and the famous Vasco da Gama bridge (Price on Application). Further three-bedroom residences start from €1.8 million and are ideal for those looking to relocate with family to the culturally rich, historic Portuguese capital.
Martinhal Residences benefit from still being eligible for the Golden Visa as it is classified as “touristic” and not “local accommodation”. Residence owners will also achieve VIP status at Martinhal Hotels & Resorts and receive preferential pricing to stay at any location within the group’s portfolio (subject to T&Cs).
