Elite Alliance Hospitality has announced the grand opening of vacation rental condos in the spectacular Elite Sky Tower Miami. Located in the heart of downtown Miami, the state-of-the-art skyrise has vacation residences that offer an experience like no other.
Elite Sky Tower Miami’s 15 vacation rental residences are one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos that all offer private elevator access with private foyers, 10-foot ceilings with dramatic views of the city and seascapes of Biscayne Bay, expansive balconies, open entertainment / living floorplan with upscale décor, designer European kitchens with high-end appliances and amenities, rain showers and laundry rooms.
The tower features an abundance of ultra-luxurious amenities that give guests the feeling and comfort of being at home. The Upper Deck spans 90 feet above downtown Miami and features a resort pool, floating seating pods, sunken pods, daybeds, and a children’s playground. Guests can also enjoy the Entertainment Center that has a jam room with a recording studio, game room, golf simulator, a kid’s playroom, and recreation lounge. For physical activity, travelers can visit the Indoor Sports Center that features a fitness center, boxing studio and an aerobics area. The 7th floor amenities include a conservatory, Spa, relaxation lounge and gardens, and concierge services that offer a variety of services ranging from stocking residences with preferred groceries, getting tickets for events at the American Airlines Arena, and much more. The 4th Floor amenities include a basketball half-court, yoga studio and racquetball court.
Throughout the year, there will be various new amenities opening including The Skydeck & Lounge on the 55th floor that will feature a lounge, sunrise pool, infinity pool, sundeck observatory and a Tai Chi deck.
