A new discreet cocktail destination has quietly arrived in the heart of Paris. Tucked inside Mondovi Luxury Suites, the residential-style luxury address moments from Place de la Concord Le 7 Cocktail Bar is now officially open, bringing together intimate Parisian design, elevated mixology, and one of the most celebrated names in the cocktail world.
The new bar is led by renowned bartender Colin Field, the former head bartender of the iconic Hemingway Bar at the Ritz Paris, who was once voted “Best Bartender in the World.” Over the years, Field became synonymous with Parisian cocktail culture, serving an international clientele that included fashion and cultural icons such as Kate Moss.
Hidden along Rue de Mondovi in Paris’s 1st arrondissement, Le 7 Cocktail Bar channels the spirit of a confidential Parisian salon — dimly lit, elegant, and intentionally discreet. Designed as an extension of the hotel’s residential atmosphere, the bar offers an intimate setting where guests and locals alike can experience a curated menu of seven signature cocktails personally created by Field.
Highlights include the Colin’s Limoncello Spritz, a refreshing blend of limoncello, Prosecco, and lemon, alongside the indulgent Kashenka with strawberry vodka and crushed strawberries. The menu also reimagines classic cocktails through Field’s signature lens, including The Real Negroni and The Clean Dirty Martini. A tapas offering is expected to debut in the coming weeks.
The opening further positions Mondovi Luxury Suites as one of the city’s emerging luxury addresses for travelers seeking a quieter, more insider experience of Paris blending the feel of a private pied-à-terre with the energy of an intimate cocktail destination.
Le 7 Cocktail Bar is open Tuesday through Saturday from 4 PM to midnight. No reservations required.
