It was a sparkling combination of live musicians, flowing champagne, irresistible Patatas Bravas, and chill-out ambiance featuring Khun Bya, the flair bartending champion – pledging an oath to fight fire with fire!

Located merely 10 km north of the Sarasin Bridge, the recently renovated Firefly Lounge provided ample, unforgettable memories for the many visiting dignitaries and teams of media who spent hours enjoying a relaxed and highly entertaining evening.

Inspired by the local fisherman colonies and the paddy rice fields of Phang-Nga, the five-star Natai Beach Resort evokes the ancient architecture of local Thai temples and Royal households of the elite elders of Natai village.

A culinary team led by Executive Chef, Rudolph Zielinski, displayed their mouth-watering canapes and salmon crepes complimented by the finest selection of house wines by our in-house sommelier, Khun Eak.

With a list of enthusiastic shows occuring, the guests experienced live music by the multi-talented Entertainment Director, Aleksey Grigorev, whose instrumentation charmed the audience with a series of melodic tunes.

The event also exhibited the talents of a fresh lounge DJ who displayed a classy and sophisticated taste for down-tempo music.

This followed a jaw-dropping act where our guests were entertained by the flair bartending champion of southern Thailand, Khun Bya. He juggled cocktail shakers combined with not one, not two, but four additional liquor bottles! And if that wasn't enough, he set the bottles ablaze to entertain and excite a crowd cheering for the champion.

With that kind of atmosphere, the hosts demonstrated why the Firefly Lounge is a must-visit venue!

The Firefly Lounge acts as a beacon that offers light and shelter for the local fishermen who routinely return, congregate on the shore to toast to their daily fish stories at nightfall.
