Hotels at this level employ experienced, highly qualified staff to provide the custom service luxury hotel guests expect, according to AAA. These establishments deliver unmatched guest comfort with luxurious accommodations, extraordinary facilities and many personalized amenities.

Nemacolin's Falling Rock is part of a select group representing the upper echelon of the hospitality industry in North America. Currently, just 121 hotels hold the AAA Five Diamond Rating.

“We are honored to receive the coveted AAA Five Diamond Award designation,” said Jennifer Jubin, General Manager at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. “This award reflects the commitment of our staff and management to provide every guest with exceptional hospitality. Our owner, Maggie Hardy Magerko, is proud of their hard work and dedication.”

“A big part of becoming a Five Diamond establishment is consistently exceeding expectations of even the most discriminating traveler, the AAA inspector. Five Diamond properties deliver a highly personalized, memorable experience, and we are pleased to recognize Falling Rock with the Five Diamond Rating,” said Michael Petrone, director of AAA Inspections & Diamond Ratings.

Falling Rock is a 42 room boutique hotel and clubhouse situated above the 18th green of Mystic Rock golf course, a PGA Tour-tested course and #1 “Public Course in Pennsylvania,” by Golfweek. The hotel, featuring 24-hour butler service opened in the fall of 2004 and was designed on the architectural principles and style of the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright.
