Beach Spin at The Del delivers 50-minute morning sessions on 30 Free Motion spin bikes on the resort's Paseo Lawn – yes, overlooking the glorious Pacific Ocean with, oftentimes, dolphins playing in the surf. Guests and locals peddle on the beach to achieve a low impact workout, burn calories, improve their cardiovascular health and happily achieve toned shapely thighs, hamstrings and calves. And Beach Spin classes are led by some of San Diego's best instructors via Beats by Dre headphones delivering motivating tunes.
