New Mandarin Oriental Boston Debuts Restaurant Asana
Boutin brings world-class credentials and culinary artistry to the position, having most recently served as Executive Sous Chef of The Landmark, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. His reputation and expertise has been gleaned from vast international experience including three-star Michelin establishments Troisgros and Lameloise. "Chef Boutin is a classic, French-trained chef with a talent for bringing a modern interpretation and worldly perspective to his menus," said Susanne Hatje, general manager of the Mandarin Oriental, Boston.

In Asana, Boutin is offering a creative menu featuring American fare and authentic Asian dishes. The restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows affording great city views onto Boylston Street. The windows and sophisticated décor create an elegant and dynamic atmosphere at Asana, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant also features an exclusive Chef's Table, which allows up to eight guests to observe the kitchen in action and Chef Boutin's artistry firsthand. In addition to Asana, M-Bar & Lounge will be the place to see and be seen in Boston. It features an illuminated exotic stone top bar, intimate banquettes and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows.
