The Oberoi, Sukhvilas (Opening October 2016) is a luxury spa resort surrounded by 8,000+ acres of protected natural forest. The Oberoi, Marrakech (Opening Q1 2017) is located 20 minutes south of the Marrakech city center but nestled within 25 acres of fragrant citrus orchards and ancient olive groves. The resort has 77 villas each have private temperature controlled pools set in the privacy of landscaped gardens. In addition to the villas, there are also six Deluxe Rooms and a Presidential Suite, each complete with a private pool, that are located in the main building of the hotel.
