The romance begins on arrival as the couple checks into one of the hotel's elegant suites. After cocktails in the Jacuzzi on the suite’s private terrace, the couple will head up to the garden-inspired Settimo for sunset to enjoy a romantic Roman aphrodisiac tasting menu. Setting the mood will be decor and fresh flowers by Flavia Bruni, a live violinist, and a poetry reading. If guests prefer an off-site proposal, after dinner Sità will arrange a chauffeured ride in an iconic vintage Fiat 500 to a romantic location in Rome. A champagne toast celebrates the occasion. And both options include a photographer and videographer to document the experience. To wrap up the memorable day the couple will return to their room to be welcomed with a frame engraved with the date of their proposal as a keepsake.
