This tropical tea is taken at 4pm - 5pm each day under the pavilions of the Retreat Bar. Peckish guests taking a break from sunbathing or watersports will sample some local Mauritian sweet specialties, while looking out at stunning sea views. The Afternoon Sea menu consists of:

- Smoked Marlin and cream cheese sandwich with crunchy palm heart
- Baobab honey lacquered chicken and pomme d'amour sandwich
- Mini buns with vegetable achard
- Roasted Victoria pineapple with Mauritian vanilla
- ‘Gateau patate'
- St Aubin rum baba and papaya salsa
- Mini banana tartlet
- Napolitaine
- ‘Gateau' coco

All the ingredients are locally sourced and grown on the island, highlighting the Westin brand commitment to its signature SuperfoodsRx™ menu. The tea is complimentary to Full Board Ocean Suite guests or at a supplement of £15 (MUR 800) per person. Guests will need to book Afternoon Sea 24 hours in advance.
