Everyone starts the New Year with good intentions, but by the end of January the focus starts to get lost. On Sunday, January 23, VH Spa guests can refresh their goals at the “New Year, New Body, New You” event.

Spa goers will choose their own special emphasis – beauty, bodywork, fitness, or stress reduction. They will attend a “New You” workshop and a specialized fitness class, and choose two 30-minute mini-treatments. Refreshments catered by Hotel Valley Ho can be enjoyed throughout the day. Also included is access to the spa and hotel facilities, a complimentary fingernail polish change, and a gift certificate for a 60-minute service on a future day. All this costs only $150 including gratuity, the normal cost of a one-hour treatment.

VH Spa for Vitality + Health debuted along with the reopening of Hotel Valley Ho in 2005. This bright, 8,000 square-foot urban spa focuses on transformational treatments and services. VH Spa features eight treatment rooms including one double treatment room, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, a movement studio, men's and women's locker rooms with showers and steam rooms, and a boutique featuring gifts, clothing, jewelry, Valley Ho items, and more.

Treatments and workshops will be offered 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with refreshments served from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Reservations are required can be booked directly at 480.421.7777. VH Spa recommends booking early as space is limited.
