Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is celebrating 25 years of Nikki Beach Saint Barth and Nikki Beach Saint-Tropez with a year-long anniversary celebration spanning both flagship destinations. Beginning with Saint Barth’s reopening on October 23, 2026, and continuing with Saint-Tropez’s anniversary season from April 2027, the year will bring together special collaborations, culinary experiences, fashion, art, music and signature programming while celebrating the people and traditions that have shaped both properties.
At the center of the anniversary is the sense of playfulness that has always been part of the Nikki Beach experience. Working with graphic design studio Mucho, Nikki Beach will look back at 25 years through a contemporary, surrealist creative lens inspired by the freedom to leave the outside world behind and embrace your inner child. That spirit is captured in the anniversary platform, “We Started the Party,” a nod to Nikki Beach’s beginnings as the original luxury beach club concept and its role in shaping what has since become a global hospitality category. Dressing up just because, dancing on tables with strangers, long lunches that turn into late afternoons, playful surprises and unexpected moments of celebration all form a visual world designed to capture what happens when guests allow themselves to let go, have fun and be fully present. Throughout the anniversary year, this creative direction will come to life across menus, social media, on-site touchpoints and other elements of the guest experience in both Saint Barth and Saint-Tropez.
Opened in 2002, Nikki Beach Saint-Tropez became the brand’s European flagship and second destination, while Nikki Beach Saint Barth became its Caribbean flagship and third property. Together, they helped take the Nikki Beach lifestyle beyond Miami Beach and introduce the brand’s pioneering barefoot luxury beach club concept to two of the world’s most sought-after destinations, bringing music, dining, entertainment, fashion, film and art together in one experience. Twenty-five years later, their significance extends beyond the beach clubs themselves. Both have become part of the rhythm of their destinations, shaped by generations of returning guests, long-serving team members and traditions that have taken on a life of their own.
“When we opened Saint Barth and Saint-Tropez 25 years ago, we could never have imagined how many memories would be created there or how many people would make these places part of their own lives. We’ve watched guests come back year after year, bring their friends, and eventually bring their children. We have team members who have been with us for decades and traditions that started spontaneously and are still happening every week. That’s what makes this anniversary so meaningful to me. Nikki Beach has always been about giving people a place where they can forget about everything else for a little while, have fun, be playful, and Celebrate Life together. I love that we are honoring these 25 years in that same spirit,” said Lucia Penrod, Co-Founder, Owner, and CEO of Nikki Beach Hospitality Group.
The people behind Nikki Beach Saint Barth are central to its story. General Manager Jérôme Delamaire, Head Hostess Melanie Vianes and Floor Manager Loic Botscazo have each spent more than 15 years there, with Botscazo’s journey beginning in Saint-Tropez. Executive Chef Antoine Durand and Global Sommelier Billy Baron, both based in Saint Barth, have each been with Nikki Beach for over a decade. Longtime resident DJ Patris Gero has also been part of the Nikki Beach Saint Barth experience for many years, helping shape the soundtrack and energy of the property. Together, they have become part of the fabric of Nikki Beach Saint Barth, creating a sense of warmth and community that guests feel the moment they arrive.
As part of the celebration, the brand commissioned internationally renowned fine art photographer Tony Kelly to photograph a series of images on location at Nikki Beach Saint Barth and Nikki Beach Saint-Tropez. Select images will be displayed at both properties and available for purchase online, alongside special social media moments to mark the anniversary season.
During the anniversary season, Nikki Beach Saint Barth will also take on a refreshed look, with a series of cosmetic design updates introduced across the property. The refresh will extend to the Shop Nikki Beach boutique, which will also be revamped as part of the property’s continued evolution.
Fashion will play a role in the milestone year through Shop Nikki Beach, beginning with a special Nick Fouquet collaboration featuring a limited-edition collection of 25 straw hats and 50 caps created for the anniversary year. Additional collaborations will include Mercedes Salazar, Bain de Mer and other partners to be announced.
Executive Chef Antoine Durand has worked alongside Corporate Executive Chef Alessandro Pizza to shape new additions for the season, including a Snow Crab Sando with cucumber and avocado and a Tropical Tuna Tiradito with burnt pineapple and kumquat. The culinary offering will also feature a limited-edition dish created especially for the 25th anniversary, alongside elevated sharing-style dishes inspired by Saint Barth’s international clientele and Caribbean surroundings.
The season will also introduce a partnership with Le Domaine Padel Saint Barth, with Nikki Beach serving as its exclusive lifestyle partner. The collaboration will connect both communities through co-branded padel experiences and community initiatives, and an integration with Le Domaine’s new recovery and wellness facilities.
Perhaps no tradition captures the spirit of Nikki Beach Saint Barth quite like Amazing Sundays, the legendary weekly ritual that has become part of the rhythm of the island over the past 25 years. Long lunches turn into late afternoons as music builds, Champagne flows and generations of guests come together Sunday after Sunday. The weekly rhythm also continues with Saturdance every Saturday, featuring resident DJ sets and live saxophone by Al Sax, and Monday Cure every Monday, a post-weekend recovery concept featuring a dedicated menu of feel-good dishes designed to help guests reset and recharge.
