Tartufo, New London Restaurant at No.11 Cadogan Gardens

In 2010, Manuel was invited to join Alexis Gauthier as a Sous Chef in the busy kitchens of Michelin-starred Gauthier Soho, where he spent three years perfecting the art of fine French cuisine.

The launch of Tartufo was a climactic moment for Manuel, whose dream of heading up his own London restaurant was finally realised. Manuel has taken this opportunity with gusto, relishing the opportunity to show London exactly what he has to offer.

No.11 Cadogan Gardens, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World™, Tartufo is spread over two connected main rooms. These light, airy spaces are tastefully decorated with chic and individual touches such as period tea sets, art books and vintage prints by Jean Cocteau and cult Belgian illustrator Jean-Michel Fólon. Classic white linen, bold red menus and blue glass tableware offset the elegant look.

The set price à la carte menu is priced: 2-courses at £25, 3-courses at £30, and 4-courses at £40. There is a choice of starter, middle course, main course, cheese and dessert. Dishes include: Spring black truffle, light tortelli, fresh walnut & mascarpone; Wild sea bass, capers, tomatoes & basil, crunchy lettuce, chervil crushed potatoes; and Dark chocolate crunch, walnut & praline, chocolate glaze, lemon ice.



The front of house team is led by Michael Lear, formerly of much-loved Roussillon; and the wine cellar is managed by renowned sommelier Roberto Della Pietra. Rooted in Italy and France, but not afraid to travel further afield, the wine list simply aims to elevate and enhance the cuisine of Manuel Oliveri.

Michael Lear said: “It’s a real pleasure to be once again working with my colleagues from Roussillon. We are all delighted to be able to welcome back our former customers like old friends, whilst introducing a whole new audience to sample our critically-acclaimed cuisine.”

For those seeking private dining, five diverse spaces are available, offering flexible seating for eight to 30 guests. There is also a secluded outside patio with space for 10 seated or 30 standing, perfect for al fresco dining or cocktail parties during the summer months.
