Embodying the stylish and laid-back feeling of Ibiza Bay, Chambao beach chiringuito will be open from midday until dusk. Ideal for long lunches and early dinners, guests can dine with their toes in the sand, just steps from the sea. Specialities include freshly grilled fish, authentic Valencian paella and jugs of sangria. Little ones will love the new children’s menu with original Ibizan twists on such favourites as spaghetti ‘al dente’, thin crust pizza and kid-friendly paella.

Under the direction of Chef Giacomo Notarbartolo, the Nobu restaurant will now be open for lunch. Its new all-day dining menu will feature bento boxes, signature salads and colourful plates of sushi and sashimi. Order a light lunch or poolside snack, whilst the sound of chilled out Balearic beats fill the air.

Peyotito will also return with its contemporary and refined take on Mexican cuisine, extensive cocktail list and famed Margaritas, with spicy Tajin, Blanco tequila, Cointreau, agave syrup, lime juice and a mezcal vial. Gluten free café Celicioso, will reopen serving nourishing juices, superfood salads and deliciously wholesome cuisine.

Health and fitness enthusiasts can draw inspiration from personalised lessons by yogis and meditation gurus on the new rooftop/ beachside wellbeing and TRX pavilions. The Ibiza Bay Spa by Six Senses will introduce its visiting practitioners’ series, with experts in Reiki, Ayurveda, detox and rejuvenation offering workshops and specialised treatments. In addition to their menu of restorative massages, high-performance facials and nourishing body treatments by Subtle Energies.

Highly acclaimed hair gurus, John Frieda Salons will return to Ibiza Bay. This year, the salon will debut an Ibiza inspired blow-dry menu, so guests can look their best, whether it be for a day on the boat in Formentera, dinner at Nobu or a lively night out

The Ibiza Bay Kid’s Club will be back for children ages four to fourteen, with an unprecedented level of sensory and exploratory activities, including fancy dress parties, mother/daughter braids by John Frieda Salons, jewellery making, sushi classes at Nobu and DJ workshops. The littlest of guests will learn about the local environment through Ibizan arts and crafts lessons using repurposed material from the beach.
