Ojai Valley Inn Unveils ALL-NEW Spa Penthouse Suites

Ojai Valley Inn, the luxury five-diamond resort just 90 minutes outside Los Angeles, has unveiled its newly renovated Spa Penthouse Suites that sit above the award-winning Spa Ojai. The redesign, orchestrated by BAR Architects’ renowned Director of Interiors Tim Hepworth and his colleague, interior designer Alexa d’Argencé, drew inspiration from the magical setting of Ojai to create the two havens for wellness-seeking guests looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

The Spa Penthouse Suites are located on a private top floor of Spa Ojai and are two distinct suites with sweeping views of the surrounding valley in the serene spa setting. With the recently completed $1.5 million renovation, the Sunset and Moonrise Penthouse Suites evoke inspired design touches, including handmade wool rugs and hardwood floors, artwork by Tricia Strickfaden and Peter Zaleski, handmade furniture and lighting, luxurious finishes in the bathroom featuring Carerra marble, a deep soaking bathtub and Purist nickel fixtures by Kohler, and opulent outdoor lounge seating by Harbour Outdoor and Sutherland. Both suites pay homage to the resort’s location in the heart of Ojai Valley, the unofficial “Zen capital” of Southern California.

  • The Sunset Penthouse Suite is a 1500-square-foot two-bedroom abode featuring an elegant stone fireplace surrounded by built-in bookshelves and a custom dry bar. In addition to luxurious outdoor furniture, the suite’s grand patio terrace is complete with an alluring fireplace and unparalleled sunset views.
  • The Moonrise Penthouse Suite is a two-bedroom Moonrise penthouse suite with spacious living room and lofty 16-foot vaulted ceilings, dramatic marble fireplace, show-stopping chandelier by Fontana Arte, and grand arched windows. The 1500-square-foot penthouse also boasts an expansive outdoor terrace with remarkable views of the Topa Topa mountain range.
