On The Water with Mega Broker Chad Carroll

Mega broker Chad Carroll is turning heads on his Sunseeker Manhattan 66, taking clients out on the water to experience the true South Florida lifestyle. Founder of The Carroll Group, the record-breaking entrepreneur is Compass Florida’s top agent with $4.5 Billion of closed deals throughout his career. From selling the city’s most coveted waterfront mansions, to brokering multi-million-dollar yachts deals—Carroll lives the lifestyle he sells. Check out his favorite South Florida spots seaside, bayside, and riverside.

Fowey Rocks Lighthouse

Just south of Key Biscayne, this in-ocean lighthouse is the perfect spot to relax and do some snorkeling when the water is calm. While near Key Biscayne, anchor by the Marine Stadium for a view of the downtown Miami skyline. It’s stunning at night.

Miami River

I love cruising down the Miami River. There are so many great spots to eat and drink along the water. Kiki on the River is my top pick to dock for lunch or dinner. You almost feel like you're in Europe. There is a great atmosphere with upbeat music and excellent food. I recommend ordering the whole fish.

Fort Lauderdale

Shooters has a laid-back vibe with great food, drinks, and live music, and it’s perfect for watching sporting events. 15th Street Fisheries is one of my favorite low-key restaurants for amazing, authentic seafood. If you’re boating in the evening, I recommend Mastro's Steakhouse for a nice dinner and a scenic trip through the beautiful houses in the Isles and Intracoastal. Cruise down the New River for some amazing sightseeing.

Boca Raton

Anchor in Lake Boca and head over to Trattoria Romano for a festive Italian dinner. Just minutes from Downtown Boca, I also recommend the Sand Bar of Boca. It has a very relaxed, fun vibe with a great view of Boca Resort.

Harbor Beach

Some of the most beautiful waterfront homes in all of South Florida are in Harbor Beach. It is an upscale guard gated community with less than 400 homes, and minutes from the inlet and the beach. Cruise by to check out the real estate and some impressive yachts docked behind some of the most stunning homes.

Elliott Key

The more south you venture, the clearer the water. Located between Miami and Key Largo, Elliott Key has beautiful water and is a great place to anchor and spend the night.
