Thanks to the ingenious designs of the homes, each property can be rented out in its entirety or in isolated parts with no access to the owner’s private suites, when the owner is not in residence. The 3,445-sq-ft three-bedroom, two-story villas feature a pool, terrace, BBQ area, kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom on the first level (2,572 sq ft), which can be locked-off as a separate rental unit. There is an upper deck and third bedroom on the second level (979 sq ft). The spacious 3,832 sq ft four-bedroom, two-story villas offer a pool, terrace, BBQ area, kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom on the first level (2,572 sq ft), which can be locked off to rent separately. The second level (1,356 sq ft) contains the upper deck and the third and fourth bedroom.
