Palms Casino Resort celebrated its Grand Opening with a festival-worthy weekend of A-list performances signaling the completion of a massive $690 million re-imagination and repositioning of the property, the most expensive renovation in Vegas history.
Since its opening in 2001, Palms has been heralded as one of Las Vegas' “must see” gaming and entertainment destinations. An all-encompassing, one-stop experience, the iconic property boasts three distinct towers (Fantasy Tower, Ivory Tower, and Palms Place) as well as a diverse mix of bars, restaurants, live entertainment venues and immersive lifestyle experiences across a 95,000-square-foot casino. The sophisticated redesign has elevated all of the Fantasy Tower guest rooms, suites and 6 iconic Sky Villas.
The Empathy Suite, a Sky Villa designed by and featuring the works of world-renowned artist Damien Hirst, is one of the world’s most expensive hotel accommodations at $200,000 for a two-night stay or reserved exclusively for million-dollar casino players.
KAOS nightclub - opening fireworks
Palms Casino Resort unveiled KAOS, its 73,000 square foot dayclub and a 29,000 square foot nightclub that boasts the highest number of pools of any resort in North America, and together completely redefine the daylife and nightlife experience in Las Vegas. The outdoor pool complex includes a 60-foot bronze sculpture by Damien Hirst entitled “Demon with Bowl," which rises up from the center of one of the pools, and the largest LED wall in Vegas -- a 270 foot tall screen that runs the length of the eastern exterior of PALMS’ Ivory Tower facing the strip.

The weekend slate of events kicked off on Friday, April 5, with an intimate performance by Alicia Keys inside the legendary Pearl Concert Theater, Las Vegas’ leading concert venue, followed by electric performances later that night by Skrillex and Travis Scott at KAOS Nightclub. On Saturday, April 6, Marshmello started the day with an afternoon concert at KAOS Dayclub and Grammy-award winner Cardi B debuted her exclusive residency at KAOS Nightclub. Kaskade performed at the dayclub the afternoon on Sunday, April 7, while Zac Brown Band concluded the weekend’s events that evening by launching KAOS’ Pool Concert Series.

From personalized champagne valet service that escorts guests to a champagne vault with Palms’ a butler to select bottles of your choice, including some of the rarest and largest bottle formats on the market, a Tesla coil ceiling that adds to sound and production special effects, including creating “weather elements” to water cannons that shoot water more than 100 feet in the air, enough sound equipment to put on two major arena shows at once to the largest retail displays of the Macallan Fine & Rare Collection, KAOS will boast an entertainment experience unlike anywhere else in North America.
