To celebrate this magical season, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme has recently opened its famous “Chalet Fleurier” cabin on the hotel’s Winter Terrace. The Chalet is designed to resemble the intimate atmosphere of a Swiss chalet with snowflakes and pine trees surrounding the rustic wooden cabin. Guests are invited to dine on a traditional “Raclette Montagnarde” menu created by Executive Chef Jean-François Rouquette featuring Saint Nicklaus cheese, boiled potatoes and an assortment of cooked and smoked Alpine-style meats. The romantic Chalet Fleurier will be open until March 1, 2017.
