Park Hyatt St. Kitts Announces New Offerings

The luxurious, Park Hyatt St. Kitts set within Christophe Harbor on Banana Bay with unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring Nevis, has launched a variety of new programming for guests to take advantage of this spring/ summer season.

From new culinary experiences including a new destination dining location and innovative wellness treatments such as the four hand massage-- we wanted to update you on all of the fabulous developments the property has implemented for 2023.

New Culinary Waves:

Home to Stone Barn, voted as the Caribbean’s Best Fine Dining Hotel Restaurant by the World Culinary Awards, Park Hyatt St. Kitts continues to find new ways of bringing unique culinary experiences. This season, the resort launched five new menu journeys featuring Kittian, Asian and wellness inspired dishes. Developed by the resort's executive chef, Chef Lucas' Signature Menu, for example, takes guests through 20 years of the hotel and culinary experience in a menu inspired by his residency in Spain, Indonesia, Italy, the United Kingdom, Colombia, and St. Kitts. Another notable development, guests can now dine under the stars at the exclusive Sugar Mill located in the Sugar Mill Spa & Sanctuary, the newest addition to the resort's Destination Dining program which focuses on artistic culinary craftsmanship to create savory and memorable meals. The Sugar Mill was constructed to replicate sugar mills of years past, this location is a nod to the cultural significance of the island’s history in sugar production.

New Innovative Wellness:

The resort's Sugar Mill Spa & Sanctuary has added a new menu of treatments and activities that continue to harness the healing properties of natural ingredients. The Sugar Mill Four Hands massage is a new and innovative hot oil massage that fully immerses the mind, body, and soul into a deep state of relaxation with a unique and indulgent synchronized four-hands. The Superfood Facial is a new treatment incorporating acai, noni, and spirulina-- all superfood quality ingredients for the most potent results. Those looking to indulge in a more meditative session, can partake in the new Sound Healing experience which expands the individual's radiance, bliss, and inner peace by bringing vibrational balance to the mind, body, and soul. Additionally, a new herb garden featuring lemongrass and holy basil has been planted at the spa. Lemongrass is the signature welcoming scent at the spa and is also used to make bush tea along with holy basil which provides antioxidant properties.

New Beach Updates:

Whether pool-side or beach-side, guests can now take advantage of fun new additions to the resort such as Fane’s Beach Bar, a new spot to enjoy a refreshing gelato, sorbet or smoothie-- all Infused with locally sourced, fresh ingredients and flavors that are native to the culture of St. Kitts and Nevis. After a bite, guests can venture off-property by sea on a new explorative Jet-Ski Tour. Tour guides lead the way along the island’s southern coast to the capital Basseterre where adventurers can view the destination from a unique vantage point.

New Cultural Artwork:

To honor the resort’s fifth anniversary celebrated in 2022, leadership made it key to include more cultural representation throughout the property. In The Living Room, a 20x10’ mural painted by local fine artiste Rosey Cameron-Smith hangs depicting the Christmas Sports of the Caribbean. These include masqueraders, clowns, moko jumbies and bulls.
