Recently opened and now ready to receive visitors, Pearns Bay House offers guests the ultimate in hotel living set within an exclusive-use private oasis. The house accommodates up to 12 guests in six ensuite, super-king-sized bedrooms and provides all they could ever need to experience a luxury Caribbean vacation on a secluded peninsular.

Designed by renowned Dutch designer, Piet Boon, the house nestles into its environment through a series of vast connecting terraces, each taking full advantage of its panoramic location and forever views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea.

Far away from the ever-popular Jumby Bay and its throngs of celebrities, Pearns Bay House sits on Pearns Point peninsula. Situated on the North West coast of Antigua, it is the first and only house on the new development. A secluded slice of paradise that enables guests to restore and recharge in complete privacy.

Modern minimalism meets world art and curated interiors. Designed by Karin Meyn and her team at Studio Piet Boon, each room looks out across the breathtaking views, blending with the azure beyond through the natural stone and soft forms. The six bedrooms and various vast living areas, make it the perfect place to come for an escape with extended family or friends.

The house comes complete with a dedicated team of staff who attend to guests’ every need, from making sure the pool is set to the preferred temperature, to making sure there are chilled drinks ready on the beach. Meals are prepared by the house chef and menus are set before guests arrive so the food can be tailored to any taste or dietary needs. This luxury hotel-style living leaves guests with only one, albeit very hard decision to make - to spend the day lounging on the terrace, taking the occasional cool off in the infinity pool, or stroll down the steps and spend the day on the white sands exploring the reef beyond.

The landscaped, lush gardens provide a fragrant tranquil environment with lemongrass to ward off mosquitoes and fresh fruit trees, laden with seasonal fruit that is served to guests. Dotted amongst the palm and banana trees are perfectly placed sculptures by local artist, Michael Hunt at Cedars Pottery and UK artist, David Williams-Ellis.

Guests never need to leave the tranquil oasis. The House Director can arrange an array of private activities within the grounds from private and small group yoga sessions on the yoga deck, to snorkelling and paddleboarding off the reef. For those that do want to venture beyond the 24-hour secure peninsular, Pearns Point is the ideal place from which to explore the island including, English Harbour and its pretty as a picture colonial harbour, lined with magnificent floating gin palaces. Rolling hills, lush rainforests and magnificent coastlines are all within easy reach.

After a day of adventuring, guests can watch the sun melt into the distance from one of the various terraces. Dinner is served using the finest, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and can be served poolside, on the terrace or directly on the soft sand.
