Ponte Vedra Inn & Club Debuts Multi-Million Dollar Renovation
Later this year, the resort will begin a multi-million dollar renovation of its Ocean House accommodations.

A complete building upgrade, the Peyton House renovation includes new furniture throughout the room, new wall paint and fresh carpet. Completed by Hirsch Bedner & Associates, the new interior design also includes modern artwork, plush bedding, patio furniture, corridor and patio pavers, decorative balustrades and patio railings, oceanfront windows and doors, central air and more. New additions to each guestroom also include iHomes, Cuisinart dual-cup coffee makers, DirecTV in all guestrooms with added HD-enhanced programing, digital newspapers and exclusive bathroom amenities from Zents Spa line.

The Tavern is a new lounge featuring a full bar, five HDTV's and pool table and more for guests to enjoy in the evenings. The 3,000 sq. ft. space is adjacent to the main lobby and has been refurbished with new luxury fixtures and furnishings, accent artwork and dramatic lighting, window treatments, new carpet, ceiling treatment and upgraded lighting to complement an eclectic bar and small plates menu.

The Surf Club also debuts newly upgraded loungers and benches with padded cushions, umbrellas and landscaping, refurbished pools, new artistic pavers, TechnoGym Treadmills with Wi-Fi connectivity and Spin Bikes with individual performance feedback. A new beach playground for families was also installed.
