The Spa at Primland, nestled among Virginia’s beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, is offering the InnerQuest Retreat, a 3-day wellness retreat at Primland Resort from April 5-7. Led by Primland’s newly appointed Spa Director, Sabrina Antoine, the experience embraces the Native American heritage of the Blue Ridge Mountains and focuses on cleansing your body, mind and soul in preparation of the new spring season.
Throughout the weekend, guests will participate in Native American healing rituals, sunrise “Hoozhoji” yoga (“cleansing” in Navajo), and meditation to revitalize mind, body and spirt. Participants will also enjoy Native American meditation services, restorative soaking pool sessions and nature walks. Health-conscious meals will be coupled with presentations on topics from skincare to aromatherapy and nutritional wellness.
The wellness retreat is $200 per person and includes: a meet and greet spa soiree, select meals, juices and wellness shots throughout the weekend, an interactive nutrition, daily yoga for all levels, a 1-hour skin session that maps out what's going on in your body plus so much more. Guests who book the retreat will also receive 20% off lodging and spa treatments. Additionally, those interested are able to book just the Saturday or Sunday programs for $80/person upon request.
