Aboard the 113-foot yacht Condecasa, guests will enjoy unparalleled hospitality from a dedicated six-person crew, as every detail of the journey is curated with care, creating a bespoke escape. As you may know, estiatorio Milos is the family-owned and internationally acclaimed Greek restaurant empire with a focus on simply prepared, expertly sourced, and fresh seafood. Estiatorio Milos was founded in 1979 by Greek-born-and-raised restaurateur Costas Spiliadis and now has 12 locations across the globe, including restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, West Palm Beach, Miami, Dubai, London, and Toronto, among others.
Created from Costas’ deep desire to showcase authentic Greek culture, Milos At Sea’s culinary offerings showcase the incredible high quality of locally sourced ingredients from fresh fish coming right off of Greek fishing boats, a variety of wild greens and vegetables from local farms, feta from Santorini, honey from Kythera, goat yogurt from Crete, extra virgin olive oil from Olympia, produced by Spiliadis’s sister, and a vast selection of Greek wines accompanied by the incredible hospitality Milos has become known for—all in the country in which Milos’ story originates.
The 113-foot vessel, Condecasa, can accommodate up to ten guests, with four meticulously decorated staterooms, including a Primary Suite, VIP Stateroom, and two Twin Cabins, each equipped with ensuite bathrooms. The yacht also includes a spacious dining area with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as a two-level deck equipped with dining and lounging areas for guests to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Greek Islands.
When not enjoying the culinary offerings, guests can partake in activities such as fishing, water sports (including kayaks, sea bobs, and paddle boards), snorkeling and more. The six-person crew, led by Captain Sifis Kontorinis, guarantees a level of service synonymous with Milos’ standards. They are happy to curate a bespoke itinerary based on individual preferences, whether it be excursions in secluded coves or exploring Greek island ports in places such as Santorini, Mykonos, Paros, Naxos, and more.
