This summer, Puente Romano Beach Resort launched the world’s first FENDI beach club. Partnering with FENDI, the resort’s iconic Chiringuito Beach Club has been completely remodeled and personalized the with vibrant colors, prints, and emblematic stripes reflecting the iconic collections of the world-renowned fashion house. In addition to the beach club, the resort will host a pop-up FENDI store for the summer, to complement the newly opened flagship FENDI Puerto Banús Boutique just around the corner from the resort.
Named ‘FENDI for Puente Romano Beach Resort,’ the pop-up beach club is a refined fusion of the playful, unconventional spirit of the fashion house and its new Astrology Summer Capsule Collection 2023, together with the unrivalled vibrancy of this Mediterranean resort. A unique and elegant destination for guests and visitors, where the timeless aesthetic of the fashion brand encompasses all elements of the beach club, from furniture, through to cushions and textiles. Each table features FENDI red and white striped place mats, complemented by FENDI tableware decorated with the signs of the zodiac, evocative of the Astrology Collection inspired by the iconic collections from FENDI archives including Spring/Summer 1990 and Spring/Summer 1993, alongside key codes established by Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear Kim Jones.
On the beach in front of Chiringuito, FENDI has created iconic cabanas and open-air lounges furnished with daybeds and beach chairs decorated with assorted red and yellow cushions as well as soft beach rugs in beige hues. Adjacent to the beach club is a newly opened FENDI pop-up store, presenting the key items of the new Astrology Collection together with iconic pieces from the Roman luxury Maison, such as Peekaboo and Baguette bags.
