  • Loews Boston Hotel - "Citrus Agave & Sage Margarita" from Precinct Kitchen + Bar

    • 2 oz Avion Tequila

    • .5 oz lime juice

    • .5 oz agave nectar

    • Sage leaf

    • Shake, coupe, strain, garnish with Sage leaf

  • Loews Vanderbilt Hotel - "The Rosarita" is a low calorie cocktail inspired by the hotel's new fitness program, Balance with Erin Oprea

    • 1.25 oz Patron Silver Tequila

    • 1.75 oz fresh lemon juice

    • .5 oz agave nectar

    • 1.5 bar spoons fresh pomegranate seeds

    • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

    • Combine all ingredients into mixing tin, muddle, add ice and shake. Double strain into ice filled old fashioned glass. Garnish with ½ a rosemary sprig

    • Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel - "Fire & Lime" from Ocean & Vine

      • 1.5 oz tequila

      • .5 oz triple sec

      • 1 oz apple juice

      • 1 oz ginger lemonade

      • Combine ingredients, shake, strain over new ice in salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with lime
