Regent Seven Seas Cruises®, the world’s leading ultra‑luxury cruise line, today announced the launch of Air Concierge, an elevated air travel program debuting April 1, 2026, for guests in the United States and Canada. Designed for travelers who wish to pair their ultra-luxury cruise with equally thoughtful air arrangements, Air Concierge offers personalized routing, cabin‑class selection, preferred airline choices, and flexible travel dates delivering the next evolution of Regent’s commitment to providing an effortless, end‑to‑end vacation.

Air Concierge - which will replace Regent’s current Ultimate All-Inclusive Fare pricing option for guests in the United States and Canada - enhances the guest experience through a dedicated team of Air Concierge specialists who curate tailored flight plans aligned with each guest’s individual preferences from beginning to end, including airline choice, premium‑cabin exploration, customized travel dates, routing options, and seating selection.

Unlike traditional cruise air programs priced far in advance, Air Concierge provides real‑time, market‑based airfare at the moment arrangements are made, offering greater transparency, flexibility, and a wider range of cabin‑class and routing options. Booking air through Regent offers not only convenience, but reassurance. Whether guests prefer direct flights, wish to arrive early, or need assistance securing preferred seats, the Air Concierge team ensures flight plans complement the voyage and provide support should plans change.

Access to Air Concierge will open 270 days prior to sailing for guests in Concierge Suites and above, as well as Seven Seas SocietyTM Platinum‑level and above members. For guests in Serenity Suites and below, and Gold‑level and below members, access opens 240 days prior to sailing. When the access window begins, guests are invited to contact the dedicated Air Concierge team to begin curating their ideal flight itinerary. A $125 Air Concierge deposit per guest (up to $250 per suite) is required to initiate the process and is applied to the guest’s airfare upon acceptance of the proposed itinerary. If the guest chooses not to use the itinerary provided, the deposit is automatically converted into a shipboard credit to enjoy during the sailing.

Participating guests also receive up to $500 per suite complimentary Blacklane private chauffeur credits, available from 10 days before sailing through 10 days after the voyage. Complimentary coach transfers between the airport and ship are also provided exclusively on embarkation and disembarkation days.
