Relais & Chateaux Adds 31 New Members for 2009

Six properties joined in January 2008: The Royal Crescent Hotel in the United Kingdom, Winvian in the United States, The Farm at Cape Kidnappers in New Zealand, Mahua Kothi and The Malabar House in India, and Saint Pierre - a Grand Chef Relais et Chateaux in Singapore.

Amongst the 25 members newly selected from 100 candidates, there are 12 European properties, 4 properties in the Americas region, 2 properties in Africa, 4 properties in Oceania and 3 properties in Asia.

5 of the 25 new members have also been awarded the label "Grands Chefs Relais & Chateaux".
