The six super-king ensuite bedrooms, accommodate up to 12 guests making Pearns Bay House the perfect group getaway for families and friends celebrating the festive season with various dining and seating spaces for feasting, dancing or celebrating together. The capacious living accommodation makes sure that there is still plenty of space to find a quiet nook to read a book, do a spot of yin yoga or have a gin and tonic in peace.

The design of Pearns Bay House ensures guests can take full advantage of outdoor living with an infinity pool that is always set to the guest’s preferred temperature, direct beach access only steps away, a fully-fitted outdoor kitchen with the most perfect sunset view, yoga decks overlooking the sea and an outdoor shower to rinse off the salty water.
A team of dedicated, attentive staff make sure that guests needn’t lift a finger and can spend their time enjoying this peaceful retreat. Meals are prepared by the resident house chef, drinks are always served ice-cold on the beach and the House Director makes sure that every little detail is taken care of, from arrival details, excursions to private experiences within the villa.
