Riva Residenze, the first-ever yacht-branded residential tower, has officially converted to contract. This move to binding purchase agreements highlights the strong buyer demand and confidence in this unique luxury project. Developed by WellDuo, Vertical Developments, and GCF Development in partnership with legendary Italian yacht maker Riva, the tower pays homage to Riva’s iconic craftsmanship, timeless styling, and rich maritime legacy. Arquitectonica leads the building’s architecture, while interiors are spearheaded by acclaimed yacht designer Giuseppina Arena, who translated Riva’s signature curvilinear forms, chrome finishes, and refined leather stitching into residential design for Riva Residenze. Formitalia Group is crafting furniture collections for the residences, explicitly designed for this project and unavailable anywhere else in the world.
Located at 3019 Harbor Drive in Fort Lauderdale Beach’s Marina District, the 20-story luxury tower will feature 36 exclusive residences, a private marina, and over 20,000 square feet of premium amenities spanning three floors. Highlights include a state-of-the-art TechnoGym fitness center, heated spa, steam and sauna rooms, a personal treatment lounge, and a 75-foot lap pool featuring private cabanas and stunning sunset views. The Sky Deck crowns the tower with a pool inspired by the beach deck of the Riva 54 Metri yacht, alongside a 3,400-square-foot Sky Lounge that offers a gourmet kitchen, private cinema, library, golf simulator, and additional exclusive amenities.
