Guests at any of the German Rocco Forte hotels - The Charles (Munich), Hotel de Rome (Berlin) and Villa Kennedy (Frankfurt) - may now use the Fraport VIP Service at Frankfurt International airport, which serves as the gateway to many cities in Europe, including Berlin and Munich.

From the moment guests arrive, a personal VIP attendant will take care of the entire pre- or post-flight procedures while guests relax in one of the five lounges. The Fraport VIP service includes transfer by luxury car from and to the airplane; handling of all formalities such as check-in, baggage, immigration/emigration and customs; separate aviation security check in the lounge without waiting times; complimentary wireless Internet access and newspapers; complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages; and requested arrival time only one hour before departure.

Prices are 275 euros per passenger and 100 euros per additional accompanying person on the flight, subject to 19 percent VAT. The stay in the VIP lounge can be booked directly through the concierge desk of any of the three hotels, regardless of the class or airline booked.
