Christmas Eve & Day

To kick-off holiday celebrations, patrons are invited to Tiepolo Lounge & Terrace for a cheerful afternoon, where they can savor a rich buffet of Christmas treats by Pastry Chef Dario Nuti and make a sweet Christmas toast with a flute of Veuve Clicquot Rosé. Adult guests are invited to return to Tiepolo Lounge & Terrace for a chic evening of delicious cocktails created by a team of professional mixologists.

Served to the melody of familiar festive music played live on the piano, two very special Christmas Eve dinners will offer delicate seasonal flavors paired perfectly with an award-winning selection of wines. These include:

• An 8-course tasting at Rome’s first and only 3-Michelin-Star restaurant, La Pergola, where renowned Chef Heinz Beck will serve a creative take on the Italian celebration of the Feast of the Seven Fishes. Among the seven seafood dishes will be Amberjack with carrots, algae and lichens, and Lobster over artichokes with black truffle. The meal will be paired with a selection of prestigious wines from La Pergola’s renowned cellar, winner of Wine Spectator’s Grand Award.

• At Uliveto, Executive Chef Fabio Boschero and his team will present an inviting multi-course meal incorporating locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Guests will savor delectable dishes such as a single origin kamut spaghetti with Venus clams, and Roasted rack of veal served with sautéed porcini mushrooms and saffron potato purée. Dessert, presented by Pastry Chef Dario Nuti, will include a classic Christmas yule log cake with orange, Bronte pistachio and Madagascar vanilla.

Continuing with cheer and glee, guests are invited to Rome Cavalieri’s signature Christmas Day Brunch in the Garden Lobby. New Year’s Eve & Day

Rome Cavalieri has curated multiple stylish events for guests to ring in the new year. These experiences include:

• Grand Gala at La Pergola, featuring a sensational 9-course feast by Chef Heinz Beck, with wine pairings. On offer will be courses including Red shrimp on avocado with lemongrass tapioca and lime, and Venison on a bed of carrot and cardamom. The celebration will include music and spectacular fireworks into the New Year.

• Grand Ballroom Party with dazzling performances, spectacular entertainment and a Gala Dinner hosted by Chef Fabio Boschero and team. • Golden Bubbles Party, still taking place in the Grand Ballroom, offers an evening of refined and traditional goodness, for a top-notch toast to the New Year and memorable midnight celebration.
