Alfresco Dining & Drinking with Moët & Chandon
Rome Cavalieri is delighted to collaborate with venerable Champagne brand, Moët & Chandon, which will launch a multifaceted takeover of the hotel’s entire outdoor space throughout the season. Guests can experience the partnership through a variety of luxurious dining and lounging options, including a new pop-up restaurant called Patio 101, offering an open-air evening meal within the hotel’s private Mediterranean parkland. As the sun sets, this secluded outdoor locale offers a refined yet laid-back setting, perfect for meeting friends for an aperitivo and enjoying the gentle "Ponentino" breeze.
Serving classic Italian cocktails alongside a signature Moët & Chandon Summer Cocktail and Champagne, guests may pair their beverages with a selection of fresh seafood and shellfish, as well as other seasonal Italian and Mediterranean dishes, including grilled seafood, meat and vegtables, as well as homemade pizza. Patio 101 is open Thursdays through Sundays, from 7:30 – 11:00PM throughout the summer.
With the hotel’s three outdoor pools open for the season, Rome Cavalieri invites guests to indulge in its new Moët & Chandon menu at the Pool Bar. Found by the main pool, in addition to cocktails, wines and Champagne for adults, kids can enjoy refreshing cold-pressed juices, milkshakes and a selection of homemade gelato. Guests can also enjoy poolside service with a selection of pizzas, sandwiches and other seasonal dishes to enjoy poolside.
For an enhanced pool experience, Rome Cavalieri is offering a selection of private “Pool Islands,” offering five distinct, secluded lounging spots set away from the bustle of the pool, where dedicated Moët & Chandon service will be offered. Booked for either a Half Day (€145) or Full Day (€245), guests may indulge in the personalized service of a dedicated waiter, reserved sunbeds, exclusive food and beverage options, including cocktails, and more.
Summer Fun For All Children
As the Italian summer comes into full swing, the IT Kid’s Club invites children ages 4 to 12 for endless fun and playtime. The 2024 season will bring a host of new activities, each uniquely interpreting the theme of scientific fun and imagination. Programming will range from building an experiment to solar-roasted marshmallows, making Newton’s Discs, and playing with water absorption and color theory. Additional activities include an artistic laboratory, magician classes, inflatable slides and water games by the designated kids pool, and more. Access to the IT Club is complimentary for all hotel guests until September 9, 2024.
