Rosewood Abu Dhabi Opens Today
It will have direct access to The Galleria, a new retail and dining destination set to open in August. The property will have 189 rooms, nine restaurants and lounges, eight conference event spaces, a pool, a gym and Sense, A Rosewood Spa.

Rosewood staff will be outfitted with uniforms designed by Italian fashion designer Domenico Vacca. Rosewood Abu Dhabi's architecture represents Rosewood's A Sense of Place philosophy, with a contemporary Arabic design intended to embody both traditional and modern culture.

Restaurants will cater to a wide variety of preferences. Catalan, will offer cuisine from Barcelona and northeastern Spain. Sambusek is a modern Lebanese restaurant. Smoke is a shisha terrace. Aqua will offer Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Spice Mela will serve Pan-Indian cuisine. La Cava is a grape cellar with a walk-in cigar room. Glo is a flashy bar and lounge. The Hidden Bar is predictably intimate. And the Majlis lounge is in the hotel's lobby
