On Tuesday, June 13, at 6:30 p.m., attendees can sample exceptional wines from renowned family estate vineyards and delight in an evening dedicated to the rich flavors and traditions of Spain. Showcasing a remarkable selection of unique, award-winning red wines from the prestigious regions of Ribera del Duero and Rioja, each wine will be expertly paired with a meticulously crafted four-course dinner menu, specially curated by Executive Chef Antoine Baillargeon, ensuring an exquisite fusion of flavors. Scarfes Bar Pop-Up

This summer, Rosewood Baha Mar is bringing the creative cocktails of Scarfes Bar, Rosewood London's legendary drawing room-inspired bar, to the tropics of The Bahamas. On Thursday, July 6, and Friday, July 7, from 6-11 p.m., guests and locals alike can sip on libations that pay homage to all that has made Scarfes Bar what it is today, from characterful cocktails and resident musicians to loyal guests who visit from all over the world. With delectable passed canapes and captivating live musical performances, attendees will feel as though they have been transported across the pond while relishing in the luxury of Rosewood.
Cocktails that will be served include Buen Palo with Appleton 12, palo santo, mint amaro, and soda; New Fashioned with Wild Turkey 101, evaporated chocolate, Sauternes, hazelnut, and matcha; Happy Mistake 2.0 with Espolòn, roasted pineapple, Vetiver Gris, white chocolate, and piment d'Espelette; and Crescent City with Wild Turkey 101, discarded banana peel, and pandan.
In The Kitchen Series
Food lovers become professional chefs for the day during the “In The Kitchen Series,” where guests learn about regional specialties under the guidance of Rosewood Baha Mar’s expert chefs. With themed classes focusing on Italian, French, Indian, and Mexican cuisines as well as pastry creation, guests can indulge in intimate cooking experiences, have a hand in producing delicious culinary dishes, and savor the rewarding results along with perfectly paired wines and beverages. Flamingo Birthday Celebrations
This July, Baha Mar’s resident flamingos are celebrating their first birthday! For families and children, Rosewood Baha Mar offers flamingo-filled fun at the Rosewood Explorer's Club. Children are invited to craft birthday cards for a Baha Mar flamingo of their choosing and see their creations proudly displayed within the club, spreading joy and warmth to the celebrations. Open year-round to children ages four to 12 and exclusive to Rosewood Baha Mar guests, the Explorer’s Club offers dedicated children’s programming designed to inspire creativity and curiosity in young guests.
Symbols of The Bahamas Afternoon Tea
Rosewood Baha Mar is celebrating Bahamian history with a new afternoon tea menu created by recently appointed Executive Pastry Chef Chamila Prasad Munasinghe. In honor of the nation’s 50th year of independence this year, Prasad presents a delectable tea menu incorporating the nation’s history, heritage, and sense of place into every bite. Set in Rosewood’s elegant Library lounge, afternoon tea is served with a variety of savory and sweet creations. The sweet temptations incorporate Yellow Elder, the national flower of The Bahamas; smoked salmon and lobster, an ode to the vibrant Caribbean Sea; and various fruits perfectly ripened by the mild Bahamian climate.
To round out the culinary engagement, the afternoon tea experience also offers the chance to try local bush teas and tea-based cocktails. With a collection of over 30 loose-leaf teas, including healing Bahamian teas that can cure almost any ailment, guests can embark on a restorative journey from the comfort of the inviting lounge.
