These include 95 within low-rise buildings that will blend harmoniously into the surroundings and include private elevators dedicated to two sky villas on each floor. Each sky villa accommodation will be enhanced by an outdoor terrace and most have private swimming pools. The 21 standalone beach villas will feature 1,776-square-foot interiors; equal-size outdoor space will include an arrival courtyard, garden, large private pool and high walls to ensure absolute privacy. Also showcased will be a free-standing, grand three-bedroom Presidential villa 7,481 square feet.
