The Chalet reimagines Rosewood London’s terrace with modern alpine sophistication, brought to life through an exclusive partnership with Goldbergh. Since its inception, Goldbergh has redefined ski culture by merging high-performance materials with bold, feminine design, creating statement pieces that translate effortlessly from slopes to social settings. The space features carefully curated wooden elements and a warm, neutral palette complemented by Goldbergh’s signature gold accents, perfectly suited to the festive season. Using a signature slow distillation process over 72 hours, The Singleton embodies the philosophy of slowing down to savour a single moment – an ethos reflected in The Chalet experience, inviting guests to pause and savour something exceptional this festive season. Signature serves include "I Shine Not Burn" - a sophisticated blend of Singleton 18-year with Oloroso, Madeira, Marsala, Port, Vermouth, and Smoked Moss that captures the warmth of fireside gatherings; "Jock's Well Hot Toddy" featuring Singleton 12-year with beurre noisette, chamomile, heather honey, and shortbread for comforting indulgence; and "The Siren's Song" combining Singleton 12-year with chestnut, citrus, maple, bitters, pine, and fudge for a rich, complex winter serve.
