Rosewood São Paulo announces that its Penthouse Suite has been named the winner of the “Best Suite” category in Hospitality Design’s 2025 HD Awards, a well-respected recognition in the hospitality industry.
Celebrating the best in global design, the HD Awards honor exceptional achievements across architecture, interiors, and innovation. With nearly 900 entries, Rosewood São Paulo’s Penthouse Suite was selected for its sophisticated blend of Brazilian heritage and contemporary luxury—an embodiment of the hotel’s deep sense of place and design-led vision.

Located within the revitalized Cidade Matarazzo complex, the three-story Penthouse spans over 12,000 square feet and showcases a modern interpretation of classic Brazilian design. The space is characterized by expansive interiors, bespoke furnishings by local artisans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and curated artworks that reflect the rich cultural narrative of the region. Designed to connect deeply with its surroundings, the suite features standout elements such as a Niemeyer-inspired floating marble staircase, a rooftop garden planted with over 250 native species, and a handcrafted wooden jacuzzi—all set against panoramic views of São Paulo’s skyline.
