Sail into an Antiguan Easter at Pearns Bay House

Pearns Bay House is the perfect spot to enjoy the Caribbean sailing season. Situated on an exclusive peninsular on Antigua’s West Coast and with panoramic views across the ocean, the private villa provides a luxurious base to come back to after watching Antigua’s famous regattas and sailing races that run throughout the Easter period.

With its own bay, beach and reef, Pearns Bay guests with a passion for sailing will have front row seats to see some of the most impressive yachts in the world. The famous Round Antigua Race during the Antigua Sailing Week (30th April - 6th May) will go straight past the villa’s ocean frontage with guests able to watch from the many terraces, the infinity pool (with a cocktail in hand) or up close and personal on the property’s private beach.

Guests that own their own boats are able to moor just beyond the reef and take their dinghy ashore. Otherwise, they can arrive via one of Antigua’s main four ports and take a private transfer to the villa.

The six super-king ensuite bedrooms, accommodate up to 12 guests making Pearns Bay House well suited to a getaway for families and friends with a penchant for yachting. Various indoor and outdoor dining and seating spaces provide the perfect setting for feasting, dancing or celebrating together between regattas.

The design of Pearns Bay House ensures guests can take full advantage of outdoor living with an infinity pool that is always set to the guest’s preferred temperature, direct beach access only steps away, a fully-fitted outdoor kitchen with the most perfect sunset view, yoga decks overlooking the sea and an outdoor shower to rinse off the salty water.

A team of dedicated, attentive staff are able to help guests to create full itinerary to watch the various sailing races. Whilst staying, guests needn’t lift a finger and can spend their time enjoying their time out and about watching Antigua’s sailing regattas safe in the knowledge that they’ll arrive back to a luxurious bolthole. Meals are prepared by the resident house chef, drinks are always served ice-cold on the beach and the House Director makes sure that every little detail is taken care of, from arrival details, excursions to private experiences within the villa.
