Sanctuary Resort's Full Concierge Team is Recognized by Les Clefs d'Or
Les Clefs d'Or – which translates to “keys of gold” – is the only national association of hotel lobby concierges throughout the United States. Members exemplify the highest-caliber of guest service with the utmost integrity and discretion.

“We are proud to say that our full concierge team has membership to this elite organization,” said Mike Surguine, general manager of Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain. “It's a great testament to our hard-working team, their commitment to our guests and passion for the hospitality industry.”

In order for a concierge to become a member, they must possess reputable standing within the concierge community, have at least five years of experience as a full-time hotel lobby concierge and complete a rigorous application process. Les Clefs d'Or USA has 650 members in 32 states throughout the country and is part of the Union Internationale des Concierges d'Hotels, based in Paris, France.
