SantAnna was designed by ASPA S.A, Greece’s most celebrated and accomplished architecture firm, and engineered and built by the genius team behind Liberty Construction and Development. The Restaurants:

Given the group’s celebrity DNA for creating organic, bespoke culinary experiences, Chef Christos Athanasiadis designs seasonal food and beverage menus that deliver far beyond the expected Mediterranean fare. In keeping with Nice n Easy’s signature establishments, each menu details locally sourced ingredients, nutritional value and vegan, vegetarian or gluten/dairy free options.

The 300 capacity restaurant serving upscale, artisanal a la carte Greek cuisine takes center stage and features a custom tailored selection of international and Greek wines, champagnes and a full range of specialty house-made elixirs. Enjoy regional and international seafood, including grilled lobster and famous grilled whole fish, as well as savory meat offerings and a wide variety of innovative, locally inspired dishes. The restaurant’s invitingly curved design – ‘kiklos’ translates to ‘round’ in Greek ­– alludes to the shape of the Cycladic islands while the atmosphere is cozy and luxurious with expansive, awe-inspiring views.

A 150 capacity Sushi and Raw Bar will feature inventive combinations of Asian delicacies highlighting fresh local seafood to be paired with a top-shelf sake list. A specially designed Beach Menu boasts tasty all-day snack plates, made-to-order sandwiches, freshly prepared sushi bento boxes and a juice bar with a wide selection of healthy “super food” options. Three bars holding up to 150 guests will serve an extensive craft cocktail menu with classic aperitifs in an elegant, sea-facing setting.

Music and entertainment are central to the SantAnna experience.
