Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum, the second “Bachelorette” couple to ever walk down the aisle, will share a dramatic new chapter of their love story with millions of viewers and “Bachelor” Nation when ABC televises their much-anticipated wedding on “The Bachelorette: Ashley and J.P.'s Wedding,” airing on SUNDAY, DEC. 16 (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Scottsdale, a truly dynamic Southwestern destination, offers something to please everyone – even an ambitious bride and groom celebrating their upcoming nuptials. From fine dining to adventurous outings, with an impressive five-star array of health and wellness offerings, Scottsdale is the ultimate desert oasis and sophisticated urban escape. Brimming with premier resorts, luxurious spas, renowned art galleries and architectural finds, exhilarating outdoor adventure and world-class golf, the Arizona enclave offers a variety of activities and leisure attractions, complete with gorgeous sunny weather 330 days a year. Destination highlights include a Sonoran Desert playground 25 times larger than Central Park, Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West, and the rich heritage and folk culture of Native American tribes. After sunset, Scottsdale becomes even more vibrant, boasting more than 125 restaurant and nightlife destinations in downtown, including the W Scottsdale.

W Scottsdale is the first W Hotel in Arizona and features 224 guest rooms, including 27 suites, with six more suites slated to open in January 2013. The hotel is home to Arizona's only Bliss® Spa, Sushi Roku restaurant, W Hotels The Store and offers three destination bars – the W Living Room, Shade and sunset beach.

While they certainly rank among the most telegenic visitors to the area, Ashley and J.P. aren't the first celebrities to enjoy the revelries of Scottsdale – only an hour flight from Los Angeles, the desert destination was the weekend getaway of choice for Hollywood luminaries such as Marilyn Monroe and Cary Grant and continues to be popular with modern-day entertainers including Jennifer Aniston, George Clooney and another notable power couple, Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

The couple, who became engaged in beautiful, exotic Fiji at the end of Ashley's edition of “The Bachelorette” in August 2010, will let viewers in on all the exciting festivities – from the dress fitting for her dazzling custom-made gown to Ashley and J.P. mapping out the big day with their wedding planner. Then it's on to their bachelor and bachelorette parties, and the next stage of their romantic journey with a beautiful wedding ceremony in the perfect location. Additionally, the happy couple has requested that Chris Harrison, the beloved host of the “Bachelor” franchise, officiate the wedding. Since Ashley and J.P. met and fell in love on “The Bachelorette,” the decision just felt right to the couple.

Hosted by Harrison, “The Bachelorette: Ashley and J.P.'s Wedding” is a production of Next Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television. Mike Fleiss and Martin Hilton are executive producers.
