The downstairs level includes a living room, dining room, half bathroom, and a full kitchen with Dacor and Sub-Zero appliances and service for eight. Upstairs is a chic seating area, spacious bedroom, walk-in closet, washer/dryer, and terrazzo-tile bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower that feature modern glass subway tiles. Luxe furnishings range from mid-century-modern classics to custom pieces designed by local company Lightvox Studio.

The Presidential Loft Suite is available for a nightly rate of $999 to $1,799, and for an additional fee the Tower Concierge can arrange for personal pantry shopping, a private chef, and luxury auto rentals.
