Scottsdale's Hotel Valley Ho Throws Retro New Year's Eve Bash
Dig a four-course dinner with Henriot Champagnes and Grey Goose vodka drink pairings. The 6:30 p.m. seating is $95 per person, and the 9:30 p.m. seating is $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Availability is limited and the seatings have sold out in the past; early reservations are recommended.

After dinner, rock around the clock dancing in the ZuZu Lounge, with DJ P-Body playing today's tunes and some from the '50s. Then, toast the evening with champagne on the rooftop at midnight (those who dine at either seating will receive a ticket permitting rooftop admittance).

Rooms start at $229 nightly, and suites start at $499 nightly. Choose a two-night package* and munch on brunch for two on January 1, plus get a split of Henriot Champagne when you check in. Room packages start at $499, and suite packages start at $999.
