Scottsdale's Montelucia Resort Introduces New Spa Menu
Joya Terrace, located on the roof-top of Joya Spa, offers guests stunning views of Camelback Mountain and a tempting menu of satisfying meals. Resort Executive Chef, Christian Pratsch, designed the menu to include dishes that not only please the palate but are beneficial for the body, as well.

The new Joya Terrace menu includes a variety of healthful, seasonal and light items designed to satisfy the cravings of even the most discerning spa-goer. Guests can choose from a selection of starters, sandwiches, salads and desserts as well as more substantial items such as Filet Mignon ($36). The menu is highlighted by irresistible dishes including Chilled Golden Gazpacho ($8), Grilled Lobster Flatbread ($13), Smoked Salmon Club ($16), and Haas Avocado and Watercress Salad ($9). Executive Chef Pratsch was even able to create a low-fat, Fresh Fruit Napoleon ($9).
