Awarded one Michelin star in 2017, Jean-Luc Lefrançois offers a cuisine of authentic Provençal flavors crafted from seasonal ingredients. Surrounded by century-old olive trees and fragrant Ronsard roses, the outdoor restaurant, L’Oliveraie, is open from June until the end of August.
