Senses of Cosmology

Guests can become one with the universe as they gaze upon the stars at Six Senses Con Dao's new private Astronomical Observatory. Marking the first opening of a celestial viewing center in the southernmost region of Vietnam, the Astronomical Observatory can accommodate 30 guests a time and allows guest to view celestial highlights of the South Vietnam sky such as Saturn, Venus, Jupiter and the Moon.

Turtle Watching

Con Dao is one of the only places in Vietnam where Sea Turtles have a safe place to lay their eggs. Together with the National Park, Six Senses Con Dao has joined the conversation and awareness of the need to protect Sea Turtles. Every year during breeding season (May to November) guests are able to watch as turtles make nests, and lay and hatch their eggs.

Eco-Friendly Golf

Six Senses Con Dao recently introduced guests and golf enthusiasts to a new, fun and entertaining leisure experience - driving eco biodegradable golf balls in locales that are close to marine environments - be it from atop Elephant Mountain; the deck of a luxury boat; or the resort's private beach. These environmentally friendly balls are 100% biodegradable and dissolve in water as fish food, unlike conventional golf balls that can take up to 1,000 years to decompose.
